Hi All, I have a concern, please help
I joined an IT Organisation and was paid a JB of 50k and from the day 1 till date , I am on bench.
My questions are:
1.Can I accept an offer from a different organization with out informing my current Organisation , as I have told the new Organisation that I am unemployed from March as I didn't want to tell them that I am on bench.
2. After 2 months, people on bench will be asked to leave and notice period will be waived off, so till that time can I keep working in a new Organisation,will it be a problem as my current company us and will be paying my salary.
Will the new company come to know that I am getting dual salary, if yes how and what can I do.

You want to commit fraud, and you want members to tell how to do it ?
You took 50,000 from someone to join, and you want to leave, that too without telling the company and continuing to draw salary from the comoany while working for someone else !
