Kaizen is to make some improvement continuously on your HR work or Process. For example, you are regularly paying the PF and giving the PF Number and wages/salary slip to all the employees. But now you can give them with UAN Number. Further you can activate the UAN Number of all the employees with their Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account Number, Passport Details and with Mobile Number, so that on remittance of PF payment to EPFO, an SMS can be triggered to their Mobile Number with the PF remittance details to all the employees. In ESI you can upload the entire details of Aadhar, family dependent details, Bank account details, etc. the workforce also will be happy, as they got benefited as well you can consider the same as Improvement.
Nowadays all the activities are automated by system. Like that the superannuation process also can be automated and there also you can show the continuous improvement. The government also initially they told that the PF accumulation will be settled within 30 days in 2013 and in 2017, if you claim the same through online then it will be settled in 5 days. These are all some sort of Kaizen.
The same way you can plan for Job Rotation, Performance appraisal system and so many HR activities can be improvised systematically and continuously.
