Amazingly few of us intend to be successful entrepreneurs with potential Ideas/Concepts. The potential avenues are vibrant in the initial stages of business establishment. The common aspects of these ventures, starts with lots of energy and hardwork, which definitely seems to be a great start with a Billion dollar dream. The induction of the business undergoes a tough cycle of Initialization, Sustainability,Growth and finally Stability with consistent expansions.

With the dynamic start, there is a volatile sustainability that goes hand in hand that predominantly relates to funding, partnership and business delivery. Most of these are ventures are usually funded through hard earned savings from the past employment or parental funding. The VC/Angel funding/Group funding are some far-off dreams that comes true based on the approach of the founders.

The initial funding is one of the most volatile stage of these startup's, critically these funding are consumed for initial facility setups, Admin & Human Sourcing which is about 70% of the fund. The zeal of the founders starts dying when his/her 80% of the time is consumed only on admin and recruitment activities. Ironically this is a worst case scenario when the potential business opportunities that is critical for sustainability starts fading away.

Being into organizational ops we have lend our hands to support these scenarios on a goodwill basis and as almost a non profit organization, which has helped many of our known entrepreneurial contacts to overcome this initial stage. Our dream is to see you grow from the stages of sustainability.
