Hello,

We are a 3-year-old IT consulting and staffing company with consultants working at client locations. Our offer letter and CTC do not include a bonus, and we have people with basic salaries ranging from 7000 to 21000.

Could you please guide us on whether bonus payment is mandatory if we don't have a bonus component as part of CTC and the offer letter?

You have to pay bonus to employees getting less than 21000/- per month as they are covered under the Payment of Bonus Act. MOHAN KUMAR PH: 8921883907
