Hi i am working with a mnc having its head office at united states we have a uniform leave policy for us new zeeland offices. i have given a task to develop a leave policy for india office situated in gurgaon haryana. is it possible that we can apply the same policy for leaves as it is in us and new zeeland or we have a develop a leave policy as per indian rules/ punjab & haryana shop and establishments act. regards ajay

Lwf - factory in punjab but have some employees in gurgaon
Have one query our factory is located in punjab and we have some employees who are working in our office at gurgaon. we have not registered with haryana labour we have already remitted the lwf for these employees in gurgaon as salaries are paid out from there. kindly let me know whether this is correct or we need to remit the lwf in haryana and in case we need to remit it in haryana how can we do that as we have no registered place there.

Hi all i need a small help.. i got to know from the website and cite hr that minimum wages for punjab and haryana are revised for unskilled worker.. i want to know is thr any rule for minimum pf to be payed.. say my basic i have kept 1400.. and i m paying rs 168 12 of basic.. is it as per law.. or problem.. total i m paying him 3594 ruppes per month.. please help.. this is for punjab.. if there is minimum pf for haryana plzz do mention... thanx a lot.. will wait for a correct reply..

Dear all i am working in milk industry which works 365 days. i need your help on leave policy. as per our policy festivals holidays are included in this leave policy. so if a person is taking a leave on diwali it will be deducted from his leaves. following is the leave structure: 4 national holidays. 3 sick leaves. 18 pl. no festivals leaves except it. this policy is for all employees and workers. kindly suggest me the best structure as per the industry nature as milk factory works 365 days. also suggest the way to present the leave policy to management. with regards jigar gangar
