I recently joined in Import company but there is not follow any statutory law. I need to set up there HR policy and Statutory law please help me in this regards because the company located in Wagholi Pune.I don't know about which law applicable there.

An import company can be anything - just importing and distributing the goods to dealers or selling direct in retail to consumers through on-line or own retail outlets or add some value-addition by means of retail packaging or some manufacturing process - as such it can be a shop or establishment or a factory. So first state what kind of establishment your industry is.
