Our company register on 30th june 2017 but ESIC Limit of 10 Employee Was crossed on 2nd jan 2017, Only 1 employee Salary is below 21000 Limit.
We have Deposit Contribution for June 2017. Do We have to deposit contribution & File return From Jan 2017?

21000 salary celing is for making payment exclusion from ESIC payment, but the ESIC act get applicable as immediately when the "total" no of employees exceeds ten (with power) , it does not matter that they are drawing 21000+ or not , for applicability of act all employees are counted for registration, and contribution is payable for only those employees who are below the ceiling limit, balance are excluded.
Thanks for your Reply. So,We have to deposit contribution & File return From Jan 2017 or deposit PF from April 2017?

Currently we have 15 employees and we registered under ESIC. All Employees' salary is above 22000. So how can I file NIL return in ESIC Portal?
As the total employee attained 10 in the month of Jan 2017 you initiate enrollment ASAP. After receiving the coverage letter you can proceed as per the letter says
We have already registered in ESIC On 30th June 2017 and Date of registration in ESIC letter is 30th June .
In registration letter we mentioned 02/01/2017 as date on which Limit Of 10 Employees exceed.
