I am working in Admin department and I am working on preparing the Employee exit checklist. I am sure that many of you are already being following such practices.
We wish to start such activities in our organisation as well. We usually provide ID / access card, mobile phone, SIM card, Library books and electronic gadgets like Wireless phones, pointer, recorder etc.
Currently we are finding difficulties when employee leaves the org. If any one can help me or anyone is already using such formats, request to share those.
