Recruitment of 60+ on payroll
I would appreciate advice if it is possible to appoint a 60 individual on regular salary basis or would it be necessary to appoint him as a retainer or consultant.

Dear manoj if you have a consultant and if you request the consultant to maintain the pf for your organisation and like you some other organisation is also instruct the consultant to maintain the pf for their organisations then the consultant can make the pf contribution in single code. but if you keep your own code separately then it will be easy for you to deal with employees and pf authorities.
