Dr. Rao is an IR / HR professional with over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas, manufacturing, financial, and real estate sectors. He is a graduate from TISS and has rich experience both at the Plant and the corporate offices.

He has held leadership positions in large organizations such as Reliance Group, Birla’s, Bombay Stock Exchange and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.
