1. Sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating, salary negotiations, rolling out the offer, reference check, onboarding.
2. Posting the Jobs on all the available Job Portals and other related social networking websites.
3. Identify appropriate hiring source for open positions.
4. Preparation of Job Descriptions.Co-ordinate with departmental heads/reporting managers for the complete selection process.
5. Should have worked in Recruitment Team and experience in hotel industry is mandatory.
