Hello All,
Please provide me information regarding the injury. If an contract Worker got injured doing the work then who have to provide compensation for that? Whether company have to pay or contractor have?

If contractor fails to pay then principal employer need to pay subject to recovery from the contractor.
Dear Pandek, Will you please tell me that in which section of contract law this is mentioned?
Dear Dhaval Kaku,
Normally the contractor is liable to pay compensation in such a situation. But, if he fails or is unable to do so, it is the Principal Employer to pay the compensation first and then get indemnified by the contractor. Pl. refer to Sec.12 of the Employees Compensation Act,1923.
