Dear All,
Would like to know the information one of our Employees has been working with us since 5 year and recently he had problem in Heart and immediately went to nearby hospital and admitted and open heart operation also done.but he did not informed to us neither to ESIC he went directly after 3 to 4 days only he informed us.His total bill amount Rs.250000/- and he claimed Rs.70000/- from different insurance.
Now we approached to ESIC to claim balance amount but ESIC dispensary refuse to pay because, we claimed Rs.70000/- from different insurance.
ESIC doctor told if you claim even Rs.1 from any other insurance company then ESIC dispensary will not pay.
