I have a clarification on ESI returns....
If the company has registered under ESI act, the company has no monthly contribution ( i.e, all the employees are getting more than 15000 ), in this case, should company do any returns. please advise me...

Dear,
If all employee's Salary are above then ESI celling limit then you need to send a Letter to ESIC local & Regional Office and mentioned the same in letter.
NOTE : This can be modified only from April or October.
