I have applied for PF Final settlement twice and got rejected both times. I was on medical leave for 6 months and after that I resigned during that period. PF amount (both employer's and employee's contribution) was not deposited. Due to that my Date of Exit (DOE) is different from the database available in EPF. My last contribution was in June 2016 and since then i was on leave till my last working day. There was no contribution at all from my employer or me. My Employer is supportive and I also like to withdraw my PF amount as soon as possible. Please do let me know what are the documents required to be submitted again for withdrawal apart from form 19, 10-C, 15-G, Aadhar and bank details. What extra documents would EPF required from me or my employer to be submitted for the non-contribution period and for final settlement.?

Hi Mr.Watham,
For PF claim, You need to submit forms ,Your PAN Card and Aadhar or some other proof. Than PAN Date of Birth, Name has to match with another document which you are submitting. If not then it will get reject.
In our company also same thing we are following. If you submit those documents then you can get your claim amount within month.

EPF will ask for break/no break certificate, where the employer can mention the NCP and put signature of employer, EPF accept it as record

You did not mentioned your date of joining and date of leaving neither you mentioned the reason written on the counter letter sent by pf with the returned form first see what is the reason then act accordingly.
