Can anyone tell me what are the consequences if any employer deducts the labour welfare fund from the employees and does not deposit it to the department? Would appreciate if the answer can be supported by any copy of notice/judgement.

LWF Office will issue us demand / recovery letter for the said amount even you may prosecuted for criminal offence for the same.
