Pf loan vs home loan
I want 4 lakhs total. out of which i want 1.6 lakh now and rest later. i have three options. 1 take 1 lakh now from housing loan as there my 1 lakh is pending which i have not taken that time. 2 pf loan 3 company is giving loan at 12.75 now which option is better which cause me less burdened. kindly tell me for 1.6 lakh now and rest 2.4 lakh in 6 months.

Dismissal from bank for misconduct and misusing of official powers
Hello sir i was dismissed from the services of the bank for misconduct and misusing of official powers while sanctioning the term loan to a borrower and the proceeds were paid to me through cheque and i withdrew the cash and later on the loan repayments were made by the borrower and the same amount of emu was transferred to savings account of the loan borrower so stating that i have misused loan proceeds and have dismissed me.

Cash salary
I am working in a small s/w company . i get salary rs 30000 by cash . i got selected in 2 company both are asking for bank statement but i dont have because i am getting salary by cash . they are asking for some payment prove like cash payment voucher . i used to sign voucher but i heard that the receiver should sign on cash voucher across stamp but i do not signed on the stamp but i sign on the cash voucher . i have one more problem is that they do not deduct tds . can you please give me the solution of this .
Adjustment of salary with excess amount than actual salary for bank loan
One of our employees is requesting us to provide a salary slip with an excess salary that is more than the actual salary and he requesting us to credit his salary with excess amount to his bank account for six months to avail more loan from a bank. he is ready to return back the excess salary amount in cash to the company he requires it for a bank loanand want to reflect his excess salary in bank statement for loan purpose. can employer has legaly right to do it for his employee please advice
