Hi, In which circumstance we can withdraw EPF from EPFO and after how many years?
I have transferred previous organisations PF (worked for 2 years) to new one(already 2 years), UAN remains same. In case of any emergency how can I withdraw the complete PF amount ?
help appreciated
thanks

You can withdraw your PF only for these reasons when you are in duty:
1) You put your papers and after serving 60 days of notice period.
2) After you retire &
3) In case of an emergency
- Marriage (30-40% of your savings)
- Hospitality (100%)
- Education (50%
- Housing (depending on your area)
You can withdraw the PF amount by using Form 31 (which is for Partial PF withdrawal).
The time taken for PF withdrawal is maximum 3 weeks.
For PF Forms and other PF realted queries refer the link https://www.stacowiki.in/en/acts/st-central/provident-fund-pf/"
