I had worked for 2.6 years in one MNC which is in Trivandrum and contributed to my PF account for all those 2.6 years, recently I left my job and had submitted my PF withdrawal request last month. Last week got a credit of around 26355 rupees in my bank account through NEFT from EPFO and the status in EPFO app it is showing as settled. As per my EPF passbook my PF should be much more than this (pension amount 31374 rupees, my PF would be 53671 (my share) +16642 (employer share).
But the credited amount is no where matching with the actual figures.
Could you please suggest me what we can do in this situation?
If we raise any grievances for this to PF office whether they will come back and resolve the same.. whether my employer has to do anything regarding this issue?
Almost 75k amount missed so I am really scared.. please help me out with the issue
