Hi guys i graduated 2008. from a very reputed engineering institution a tier. i got placed at the time of recession in a company that had no match to my reputation hence i left it early and without wasting any time i joined a decent core company at a very low ctc : . since then i am working here and now am looking for job change. i am expecting very handsome ctc the only hindrance is my current ctc which if i disclose would only narrow my chances. i am thinking of faking my salary details and would produce a fake salary slip if demanded by new employer. but i am not sure even if this works in getting me the good job what other precautionary measure i would have to take so that in future i don t fall into trouble? kindly help me out and provide suggestions :
Calculating salary components with hike on annual ctc+ includes pf
Hi i have been working on some salary revisions in a company. their existing ctc structure did not account for pf i have created the structure such that as per the company policy the annual ctc has the following componentsŞ basic hra and conveyance fixed benefits equals 75 of total annual ctc this also includes the pf contributions of both employee and employer variable component 25 i am now facing a challenge in revising salaries. when i hike the tctc by a certain percentage with benefits remaining the same the change in pf contribution due to dependency on basic component is changing the annual ctc figure.since i have approval on percentage hike in annual ctc this change in ctc due to dependency on pf is changing the whole equation. please help me understand how this can be calculated or if i should just define salary bands and associate pf contributions? any inputs will be helpful thanks
Suggestions required for ctc break up for 5.8 lacs & 2.4 lacs
Hi i am working for mnc recently joined the company. so please help me how to calcute the ctc break up with basic 50 and 30 and hra as 40 for the ctc 5.8 and 2.4 lacs p.a suggestion change in the pattern of ctc break so that its tax friendly and maximum in hand is received the company is now planning to do tds deductions . so shall i suggest the company to make deductions in one shot in the month of march or shall i request them to make deductions for each month.
