I get a new Opportunity in IT Firm as a HR Executive. It is a registered private company. There are only 9 employees including me. The salary range for Junior is 8k and Intermediate Developers 12k - 15k ,Seniors 25k - 40k. There is no deduction in salary even they provide the overtime if employees work after working hours.I just want to know, is Provident Fund or ESI law is applicable in our company. If yes then Please teach me the Salary structure.Also, any others rules and regulations which applies to our company.
