I'm Akansha, currently pursuing MBA, so its regarding a project which is about the "impact of training and development on the effectiveness of performance". So I need to know what all are the variables of training through which i can measure the effectiveness of it.

One needs to understand the job profile of a person - competencies needed for the job,current level of competencies, methodology to fulfill the gaps, performance measurement pre and post training, etc. Hope it helps.
