i am a handicap person and i join new services in proprietor ship firm, and i know that the company contribution of provident fund is not deduct from employee salary for first three year. This amount will be recover from government as a handicap person exempted rules
but the hr manager deducted employer contribution deducted from my salary
what can i do for this

Dear Haresh Mistry, Please note that Employer should deduct Employee Share @ 12% Employer Share @ 12% will be given to the Employer as incentive subject to fulfilling Conditions set in the Scheme.Please Peruse the attachments
