I had given resignation on 22May with effective date 31stAug17 in email to the company .
But I havenít got acknowledgment or rejection even on checking its status on regular occasions.
But all of a sudden the company forcefully relieved me on 8th June 2017 in reply to my email after close of working hours without giving prior information.
Companies notice period is 2 months as per offer letter.
The company forcefully relieved me before completion of my notice duration.
Intentionally terminating an employee on notice period is unlawful.
Will I be able to get 3 months notice pay and last working day as 31st Aug 2017 in relieval letter.
