A little doubt in ESI.One of our employee is going to get salary above 22k from next month. As per ESI rule ESI Not eligible for whose getting salary above 21K.Then what to do next. Please help me.

As per ESI rules, if any employees comes under esi, he should be pay full contribution (eg. 1st april to 30 sept 1st half & 1st oct to 31st march 2nd half) even though he cross the esi limit
If Insured Person's crosses the coverage limit in contribution period s/he will continue to be covered under ESI act. If employee's salary crosses ESI limit within contribution period of April to September or October to March, he will continue to be member till end of contribution period viz. September or March as the case may be.
you can exclude an Employee from ESI Coverage, consequent to increase in Salary i.e above Rs21,000/-PM, w.e.f 01/10/2017
ESIC Contribution implement Rs. 15000/- to Rs. 21000/- w.e.f. January 2017.
