My self Mamta, working as Sr. HR executive in an organisation. There is no separate HR dept located in company so Company has arranged my sitting workplace among production team, which makes problem a lot sitting around them. I am thinking to request to my HOD to provide separate HR deptt to handle team better way, kindly suggest what should I state with justification, I need a mail content please help.
