Dear Mamta,

Subject: - Request for Shifting the Location of HR Department

As you are well aware, HR department is co-located with the production department. This mail is about shifting the location of the HR department.

HR department has distinct identity for it's office-centric activities. However, with hustle and bustle of production around, it loses its distinctness. When employees approach HR department to discuss certain issues they do not feel free to do it because of exposure to the production personnel. Occasionally, we within HR also feel uneasiness to discuss certain issues.

In view of the above, I request you to change the location of HR department. I recommend you to shift it to ____________.

Thanks,

Mamta
