Hi all my previous company denied me fnf n relieving letter as i served 21days notice instead of 30.during notice period i requested that i will pay for rest of days but they denied n resignation not acceptednow its more than 60days i hv left they served me legal notice n denied me fnfrelieving and my 1.5month salary i complaint to asst commissioner labour gurgaon dint get any solution pls help me

Hello my notice period is three months and i have put in my papers. i had resigned on 1st april 2013 and serving three months notice to the employer which falls due on 29th june 2013 and not asked for early relieving. but forcibly without giving sufficient reason and notice if my employer relieve me before 29th june 2013 then does my employer has to pay me for the difference in the notice period resulting from an early relieving? my contract letter termination clause says "your appointment can be terminated on three months prior written notice on either side. notice pay and other outstanding which may be due from you will be deducted from company dues payable to you on separation and /or recovered from you. thanks pk
Denial of relieving from organization though having a clause of pay back to organization the shortfall of notice period of 90 days & agree to pay
Greetings to all have resigned on 11th sep 2015. as mentioned in my appointment letter there is a clause either serve 90 days notic period or can pay to organization the shortfall of notice period. i have requested for the later in my resignation. in my case hr & management has bluntly refused to approve my request & is threatning me to serve 90 days notice period forcibly. since my resignation date niether my reporting manager nor any senior has bothered to discuss on the subject for 13 days. later on my reminder via mail they are forcing me to work & serve notice period which practically not possible for me. humbly request all seniors to please guide & give me solution. thanks & regards bharat daga

After maternity - work from home & extension of leave without pay denied
I work with mnc in bangalore and my six month paid maternity leave expired in first week of dec2018. my request for extension of leave without pay was denied and option to work from home has also been denied by hr. i have been presented only two options report to work or resign. employer does not have creche facility as per maternity benefit amendment act 2017 and hence reporting to work with my kid is not an option. resignation by paying 3 months gross salary notice period is 3 months also seems illegal because when employees are forced to leave by company or terminated they are given basic pay only and not other components of salary. most importantly the project of company on which i work will return back to client. it appears hr would want me to leave company so that they do not have to look for another job as well profit from 3 months gross pay. prima facie company is violating several rules like 01. not having creche facility. 02. not extending leave without pay. 03. not providing work from home option. 04. asking for gross salary for notice period. i wanted to know how to i enforce and safeguard myself from unethical and illegal practices of company ? what all legal options are available for a working women ?
Company says we have not asked you to leave you were absconded
I would like to know if action could be taken against employer as they had asked me to leave the company without any notice and now when i went there for the notice pay and full and final settlement to hr. i was denied for any payment in lieu for notice period and even for the pay for the days i had worked. even stating to that extent that we have not asked you to leave you were absconded. kindly suggest over the same.
