Employer 1st orally terminate me now said that you are not terminated but you cannot come into organisation we can pay you whole month salary i am in notice period but nothing in writing or statement is made what can i do now help me

You need to seat along with your management / reporting manager and try to get the maximum information about the decision. First of all till the time we dont know the reason for your termination it is really hard to provide you any advice on it.

It is really disappointing from management end to convey this kind of message in this manner.. I think you should check with management the reason for your layoff with the company. Secondly if they are giving you full month salary & employer mentioned you that you're not terminated it is good for you. Because I guess they don't have proper evidence to terminate you.
You can ask them reason and also check them if they will give you relieving letter or not. You have one month time to get into other job. There's no use of wasting time to convince them to take you back. Try to get relieving letter & another job.
Please take care when you are sharing reference details of your present employer to future company.

The questioner has not mentioned the terms and conditions of his exit at the instance of the employer and his status of employment i.e., whether he is a workman or higher cadre of employee on probation or a confirmed employee. Whatever the facts be, this sort of oral termination is certainly an ignominious one indicative of the bad HR practice of the organization. After receiving the month's salary, he can raise an industrial dispute if he is a workman.
