Hi, I need to define my career path from Assistant Manager - HR to Manager - HR for the next 4 years, as part of a personal KRA for me to follow.
I currently have 4 years of work experience in HR, with an MBA degree. I put some thought to it but could not really come up with much.
Would like some valuable inputs and suggestions on the same.
