Dear Seniors ,
We have an IT company for mobile app development. For employees stability and dedication, there is a bond policy for 1 year with all developers after confirmation with revised salary. One iOS developer cleared her probation period of 1 month. We mailed her confirmation along with all bond information in that mail. She given us the acceptance for the same. We transferred her revised salary as before we had committed on 1st June. When we called her after 1 week to sign bond then she said she wont be able to sign because her husband is into navy, and they can transfer him anytime anywhere.
{Clause in bond- if any employee want to leave, they have to compensate their 3 months salary.}
Kindly suggest what to do as we don't want any kind of dispute with any employee.
