1. What was the financial condition of the company when you left it? It has a strong bearing on their behavior. There can be malafied intentions also to not pay or pay when they wish to pay.
2. I feel you need to consult a good & honest advocate who deals in service matters.
3. Some steps can be under Indian Companies Act also but the advocate can advice better in the matter.
4. Admire your patience, you have waited for long time now the time of action starts as there are many companies who do not bother about the dues of their ex employees.

Dear Sen,
The mails and letters which you mentioned are more than sufficient to prove your claim. You file an demand notice under registered cover stating all the facts to your employer and send a copy to the area Labour Officer / Inspector immediately for conciliation as the dispute is quite old.

Thank you for your suggestion to Mr. Gera and Mr. Sharma.
Till now i have already made a Police Complain. and next i am going to report all these to the labour department. And then will see how they act.
@Bharat: The present condition of the company is not good or they may pretend to do so.

Forget it and move on I seriously doubt if you will get the money after 4 years.

I beg to differ from Mr Saswata Banerjee. This is hard earned money and can not be left out for free loaders.Ms Pradipta Sen please do not leave this money employers will have to pay through their nose.
