How to upload PF challan and ECR online and process flow chart for converting file into CSV and than Text

Dear Sir,
I want to know step wise process of PF challan process and field of column in Excel sheet i.e name , DOJ , DOB etc before uploading into PF portal how to convert into csv and than into text file.Please share the drawchart or sample format
