Esic claim in case of emergency - should intimation letter be signed by the esic official?
I am a working member of an organisation which makes me a esic ip. now on 7th march 2018 i had to admit my father in a esic tieup hospital in emergency during the evening time. the hospital gave me an estimation letter for emergency treatment to get the referral letter from esic on the next day i.e. 080318. during this time i had to pay all the expenses incurred. esi has sanctioned a referral letter on 8th march and the treatment is still continuing. on the third day of admission hospital gave me an intimation letter asking for the approval of treatment to be duly signed by esic p.s. this was the first time i was given this intimation letter earlier a referral letter from esic would have been enough. my questions are 1. should this intimation letter be signed by the esic official. is this a new process? 2. can i claim the expenses for the day one thru esic. if so how?
Format for wrriting this kind of memo
I beg you all some one help me out with a format of writing this kind of memo. we normally pay medical allowance to staff on quarterly basis but now we have stopped it and have introduced health insurance scheme were staff are allowed to make choice of hospital they shall attend when they have health issue. now the whole arrangement has been concluded and about to kick off and the identity cards are out for distribution and my boss asked me to do a memo to all staff telling them that the id card is out and it will commence next month. please someone help me out. thank you c.y
