I want to Circulate regarding office grace time is changed from 10 mins to 5 mins (mean employee can come to office 5 mins late, 3 time in the month)
how should i draft the mail to inform office time change circular......please suggest

If your company engages 50 or more employees, the Industrial Standing Orders Act is applicable to you.
Subject of late coming is regulated by the act. As per the act if an employee reports 10 minutes late then employer can shut out the employee. in other words employee can report late for duties everyday, but upto 10 minutes.
As per principal of 'no work-no pay' you will be able to deduct wages of total late reporting period for the month. It is not legally correct to deduct leave for more than 3 instances of late reporting, in case you are doing so.

Of course, you will be able to initiate disciplinary action for habitual late reporting.
