Respected Sir/Madam,
I resigned from my last company on November 2016 and I submitted my pf claim form to my company on February 2017 but still now they cannot submitted my pf form to PF office.
Adhaar Card attached as KYC details in my UAN but Bank account details and Pan card not attached as KYC. So I want to know if I submitted bank details and pan card, can i use online claim facility??

you have to upload your Aadhaar Number for KYC to be eligible for online withdrawal claim

I already uploaded aadhaar card but my pan card, bank details and date of exit not available on epfo database. When I try to submit claim online it shows only form 31 option for advance. I want to know if i submitted my pan card and bank details then is it possible to submit claim for final settlement?

You can Submit new UAN Based pf withdrawal forms to your pf office where your pf account is maintaining. The KYC PAN AADHAR AND BANK DETAILS SHOULD BE UPLOAD BY EMPLOYER .

This is to inform you as per below following conversation you want withdrawal online process then should update your date of exit by your employer then only you avail final PF settlement until then your eligible for withdrawal only form 31 that is for Advance only.for online withdrawal below follwing criteria should match are
1 All basic deatils are should match with your Aadhar
2 Date of joining , date of exit should be update by employer
3.Your K Y C should be update Like Aadhar, Pan Bank s are Mandatory things and get approval by your employer
If you reach above all conditions then easily withdrawal your online Pf
