Issue in aadhaar updation in pf portal - error that details not matched with aadhaar details
Dear seniors we are facing an issue updating the adhaar number of one employee in pf records. employee wants to update his name in uan as per aadhaar card. but whenever we are trying to update details as per aadhaar it s showing an error that details not matched with aadhaar details. but actually we are feeding the same details as showing in aadhaar. the employee also tried from his uan login and from the employer s side also tried but the same message that details not matching. but all details are the same as aadhaar name dob gender etc. kindly advise how we can process as from 1st june onwards we cannot file ecr without aadhaar updation.

Dear all after having my aadhaar verification process done on a unified portal last year around aug 2019i initiated a transfer request from my previous organization which got rejected with a reason stating name mismatch. in my previous organization my pf account had my name as "sreejith menon" but since aadhaar has middle name as well my new pf account has the name "sreejith rajappan menon" which has led to the name mismatch. i registered my grievance on and the team has responded saying "submit joint declaration or online name change request to update the name in pf account number". but since my previous company has closed its operations and there is no staff currently it is not possible for me to get a joint declaration form stamped by them. please suggest an alternative.
Name correction & dob correction as per aadhaar
Dear all... please guide me for the below problem.. as per aadhaar my friend has given name correction & date of birth correction through online portal. due to date of birth difference more than 3 years. she has sent the following documents like passport mark sheet transfer certificate aadhaar copy joint delaration by the member & employer and dob difference print out screen followed by reference number mentioned in it sent to salem pf office through registered post and by hand also it has given by hr manager to concern pf office staff personally. even after senting all the documents to salem pf office they have rejected it. along with it she has sent form 13 for her old company. salem pf office has not transfer pf and amount to her current uan. they are purposefully delaying it. she is waiting for past one & half month. no action has taken from salem pf office. i told her to make a complaint to delhi epfo head bhavishya nidhi bhawan 14 bhikaiji cama place new delhi 110 066 my personal point of view is salem pf office has purposefully delaying it. kindly tell us your suggestion to solve the above issue.
Epfo - unable to withdraw her pf amount due to a dob mismatch between the epfo records vs the aadhar card
Sir an employee of a factory has retired in 2020. she is unable to withdraw her pf amount due to a dob mismatch between the epfo records vs the aadhar card. pf office asked her to get it corrected through her employer. however that factory has closed permanently now. please suggest ways how she can withdraw her pf amount & also claim her epfo pension.
Epf/eps form 13 (revised) online transfer claim rejected
Hi​ recently i have initiated the online transfer of my via form 13 due to change in job. after submission of the online transfer request i sent the duly signed hard copy of form 13 to my last employer and after 34 days the status of claim was changed to "accepted by employer>pending at field office". but after 7 days i got an sms that my claim has been rejected and the reason they are showing 1 2 s name i have checked for any such mismatch and found all my kyc documents are okay and no mismatch is actually there. i am a member since 2009 and my 1st company was an exempted organization when i changed job to a new company unexempted organization on april 2022 i initiated the online claim in august 2022 and it was successfully transferred. but again when i switched my job unexempted organization on october 2023 i initiated the same transfer process in this month and my claim was rejected. i have no clue what has happened or what shall i need to do i have raised a grievance on epf portal and also informed my last employer. i didn t get any response so far from any of them yet. the epf grievance ticket status is showing "case under process" and it s with the respective pf office of hyderabad. please guide me how to resolve this. and if you need any further details please let me know. thanks.
