Joining a new psu after resigning previous psu but without informing both new psu and previous psu and without noc
Dear sir i am in probation period of 1 year in a psu 'x' and i have executed a non judicial bond with psu 'x' to serve it for five years after probation. now after 8 months of joining psu 'x' i have got an offer of appointment from a new psu 'y'. what i am intending to do is resigning the previous psu 'x' before joining new psu 'y'. but neither i have informed about my previous employment to new psu 'y' not about my new job to the psu 'x'.can this action of mine lead to any legal action?? if yes then what will be an appropriate solution as i am very keen to join new psu 'y'??? also i have to join new psu withing 15 days.. please reply as soon as possiible thank you
Noc/bond period/govt psu/ no objection certificate
Dear sir/mam i am an employee of an state psu as an engineer with 5 year agreement bond for 3 lacs rupees. while applying for a central govt psu it says apply through proper channel or provide noc 'no objection certificate' at the time of interview. then i informed the same to my hr where they denied to provide noc saying i am under bond period however they told if i pay the bond amount i will be relieved at the earliest with all documents without any problem. to this i have planned to pay the amount too. but to attend the interview at central psu i need to show noc without which i don t know whether they will allow me or not. what should i do? should i 1. not show the current employment details to central govt psu from now in future? what will be the possible threat? will they be able to find out by pf account that i am having already? 2. is it possible that they will allow me to attend the interview if i inform all the details with some signed undertaking? 3. what should be the best that i should/can do? one thing if i give/submit bond amount now also they said they will give the noc however just to attend the interview itself i am not comfortable to do so. thanks to all

Disciplinary action - chargesheet for suppression of information of working in another psu prior to my joining
I am working in a psu since last 4 years. suddenly i got a chargesheet today for suppression of information of working in another psu prior to my joining here. the allegation is true as didn t submitted noc or go through proper channel. i simply submitted resignation letter without settling my bond for left over servicebond period and joined another psu. please suggest me how to reply to the chargesheet.
Noc restrictions for us visa for psu employee
My wife who is a psu employee is currently on maternity leave and also has 60 days of earned leave balance. since i need to move to us for couple of years i intend to take my family also along with me in august 2017. the plane for my wife was to club the current leaves and then go on 'leavewithoutpay' / child care leave. but it appears that she is not allowed to get a noc until she exhausts her maternity leave and all earned leave. she was told that once she exhausts all her maternity leave and earned leave she then can apply for child care leave as well as noc. this makes no sense to me. does it mean that psu employee does not get to travel abroad when they have paid leave balance. any light on the rules/terms/conditions will be really helpful.
