Hello everyone

I have one doubt. After passing from college I joined a startup and later came to know that it was yet in process of registration. Later after I worked for 2-3 months company got registered. After company got registered I worked for 2-3 more months. I have proper relieving letter (which I received after few months) of that company also when I left company it was registered. Immediately I joined other company in same city but as I didn't get relieving letter from previous company immediately hence at that time I could not provide it to my new company and because of which they did not consider my experience and treated me as a fresher. Now I completed 5 years in this company and have got an offer from some reputed MNC of which I have showed experience of that 1st company(startup) as now I had relieving letter of that company too. This reputed MNC does good background check as I have heard from everyone. Now I am confused for few things

1. Startup was not a registered company when I joined but when I left from there it was a registered company. Will this create and issue in my background check ?

2. I was paid very less salary of around 6000 per month way back in 2012 in that startup. So everything was in cash. I don't have any salary proofs. But after that I have joined other good company and for that I have proper salary slips etc. will my first job at startup create issue in background check?

3. My 2nd employer didn't count my experience of startup hence they don't have that experience of my 1st employer in their records. Will it create issue when my 3rd employer does background check?

Thanks
