Hi,
I am working at one start up company in Bangalore as Trainee Engineer-Testing .I am getting 7000/- rs per month.At the joining time i have signed 3 year bond.i have joined company on July 2016,and my employment was started in September.
Now i have put my resignation on 5 may.almost 20 days over and hr is not giving any reply on that and i want to talk with face to face hr is giving some duplicate answer.
Whenever they will talk face to face they will ask me to survive 6 month notice period.In my offer letter notice period is not mentioned.
And according to the their hr policy every employee need to servive notice period according to the offer letter.But in my offer letter nothing is mentioned about offer letter.
Please help me out with this issue.

See your employers are wrong on two counts:
1) If you area a Trainee then their can be no bonds that you will train with them for 3 years.
2) If you are not a trainee then you are not paid the minimum wages as per Karnataka Government. So they are wrong again. See this Revised Minimum Wage in Karnataka April 2017, Current Minimum Wage in India I Paycheck.in

Dear Member, you have admitted that you have signed Bond to serve the Company for 3 Years. Inspite of this, you have submitted your Resignation after undergoing Training for only 8 Months.Please clarify your statement that you joined in July 2016 but your Employment started in Sep-2016.You are getting Rs7,000/- as Stipend or Salary.You are also referring to "Offer letter" in addition to Bond? please furnish contents of Bond & Offer Letter for understaning

Hi i served a company xyz for 3 years i have given proper resignation and served the notice period but the when i asked for relieving letter they are not ready give or give inappropriate answer i.e the company Legal adviser will decided whether to give the relieving letter or not .Can take legal action against him . Without the relieving letter i will lose the opportunity from the new company which i am going to join. Please help me out
