Dear All My concern is that A person is on Duty in Night shift from 10 PM to 6:30 AM dated 15/04/17 his death after stomach pain in hospital at the time 5:30 AM on duty hrs please guide me his whichLeft date mention in EPF exit employee 15/04/2017 or 16/04/2017 i think 16/04/2017 is right. is it ok confirm me

It should be April 16, 2017 to the best of my belief, since he has completed his day of work and secondly the date of his death is April 16, 2017. Since his death occurred during the course of his employment so for the benefit of the employee it should be April 16, 2017
