Being in TA myself, I see a lot of HRs being under-paid. If someone is an MBA HR from a regular college, What is the career growth in terms of salary? From what I have seen, freshers get a salary of 18KPM. With a growth of 10% yearly, you will be earning 26.3 KPM after 5 years. So in 5 years experience, you will be earning only a salary of 26K What is the solution if you want to earn well? When I look at job postings, even reputed firms, are paying a salary from 1.8 – 4 L for 2-4 years experience. I feel there is an imbalance in demand and supply for HRs. Supply is in access, demand is low. Do you agree?
