Steps to be taken for an employee returning to office after depression
Dear colleagues i would like to understand the business best practice of taking care of an employee who is returning to work post an episode of mental breakdown and depression. also do we need to ask the employee to furnish any mental health document for returning to work? you inputs will be of great help. thank you sameesh
Contract labour
Couple of contractor employees placed in stores department for loading/unloading & material feeding work resorted to slow down. we tried to counsel them but to no avail. after a week we decided to take strict action and two contractor workers who were playing leading role were stopped at the gate and now things are returning to normalcy. problem is these contractor workers are very old having 28 years of service. the contractor is also not playing positive role. how can we get rid of the workers & the contractor as every now & then we are facing problems due to which our production suffer and we are forced to do ot. on top of it some of the contractor workers refuse to do ot. pl advise.

My regards to everyone..citehr has always helped the seekers with valuable advices and suggestions...i need your help now. i was working in an engineering college for the last one year...had to leave the college in the middle of the session for some personal reason. though i did not gave any prior noticei completed the entire portion have replaced myself with another candidate..did all that i can so that my students and management do not suffer with. the problem is the management is not returning back my original certificates .i have even paid them one month of salary. but yet they are not returning back my certificates.what should i do..plz help..i just cant let my certificates go like this...i have not signed any bond nor did we get any appointment letter.plz friends and seniors do advice me what to do...

My brother worked in a rubber hose production company as a works manager but the company not deducting any at the time of returning from the company he died in accident can webrothers wife get any compensation from their company? my brother worked from 2014 to till his death 24.07.2018.

Can anybody please detail me about the rule of pl sl cl. it is very urgent. we at insync are going to implement few anew leave rules. the existing format is as below : privilege leave : for planned leave or when applying for a longer period of time it should be applied from pl. one cannot club pl & cl while applying for leave. casual leave : you cannot take more than 2 days of cl at a time. cl should be approved leaves which means your leave has to get approved before you go for leave. sick leave : if you are even sick for a day apply through sick leave and if you are absent for more than 2 days for not being well providing supportive document is mandatory. otherwise it wont get approved. kindly let me know.
