Hi, I need a guidance on how to setup sexual harassment policy in the organization, what all the key factors we need to take care before implementing the same.
And How to setup harassment committee and does it require any prior approval or validation to operate.

If you read the act, it is pretty descriptive and explains almost everything that one needs to do in the company. at the broad level, you need to have a committee, training for all employees and a fair mechanism using which employees can raise complaints.
