Good afternoon to all i need help on preparing a circular for our employees everyone during working hours they are using call recording for internal conversations also. so they are not supposed to do any call recording without taking prior permission from the management.

Hello friends / seniors i am working for one of the reputed it company. i am also pursuing part time mba in hr. in the organization where i am working i have observed there are many illegal practices. i would rather call them unethical. to give you all an example our company selected a person as a visa coordinator. this person was working earlier in good it company on a permanent basis. the offer given to him was of permanent job and the day when he joined the organization he was told that the vacancy does not exist anymore so he has to work on contract basis. is this not absolute unethical. there are many such instances where sometimes after joining the company reduces ctc than what they had offer in offer letter of a candidate. what are your comments on this. thanks regards yogita/list
Instution asking 5000 rs for issueing experience certificate
Have worked as a proffesor in a engineering class for nearl 2.5 years. they haven t provided me allotment letter even though i asked them but every time they just said will give u afterwardsand payment was in cash. now when i said them i want experience cedtificate. they are asking 5000 rs as bribe for the certificate. i have proof both audio and video of them in which they are teeling we know u have worked for us but will issue only if u give 5000 rs . need help what to do. audio source call recording video source mobile camera with hd recording.
Is it important/ethical to inform after sending an email or if i don't call would it be unethical or wrong on my part?
Respectable seniors i m working as manager hr in a hospital. last week i sent an email with some information to cfo of our hospital as per his request. he didn t check his email and called me to send that information. i told him that i had already sent that email on same day when he asked me for. on that reply cfo told me that i should have called him that i had emailed him and asked to check it out. is it important/ethical to inform after sending an email or if i don t call would it be unethical or wrong on my part? please put some light on this matter.
