Our previous settlement expired on 01.12.2013 we started union negotiation afterward and signed the long term settlement on 01.09.2014 and it became effective from 01.09.2014. whether the settlement is applicable to employees retired during the period from 01.12.2013 to 31.08.2014? is there any case laws in this regard?
