Dear all,
I am the HR fresher, previously i have worked in a political consultant company, as Central Resources Member for seven Months. But now i want to make my career in the HR Field i have completed my post graduation in MBA HR last year.
now i am so confused because when i go for the interview they are said they need a guy who is well known of Payroll or know practical work of HR .
Kindly help me and suggest what can i do ?
Also share if anybody have payroll software information or any other like salary calculation structure, attendance record etc.
