To master e-mail etiquette and business writing skills, you may download the material from from this forum or Google itself. After going through the material, you may implement it. However, these skills, alike most of the other skills, cannot be mastered on one's own. You need a guide or mentor to correct your drafts. Sans this correction, you will never improve or understand your shortcomings.
