Hi guys & girls what do you feel if a situation arises a fresh mba or with less experience may be 2 or 3 years and a graduate without mba or with 10 years experience in administration for recruitment as hr manager. whom do you think the management will give a preference for the said appointment. do you feel mba / a mandatory? practically? appreciate ur inputs. regards gandhi

Hi i m a beis graduate with distinction. and now i m doing final sem. as i m gonna complete my mba in aug2012 i started looking for jobs from now itself. as a fresher before entering into market i want to have clear understanding about the field areas for the candidates like me. how does a differ from graduatemba? what are the additional oportunities available for me?.. i m interested in areas like hrba but this is just not enough.. i would like to have more information.. and seniors please guide me on how to start up my career.. thanks & regards sufiya
