Pease help me to resolve my issue in UAN account portal KYC detail.
My employer had by mistake entered another employee's PAN number in KYC page of new EPFO website. When I noticed the same and pointed it out, they said that it is a mistake during manual upload by them, and asked me to enter correct PAN number myself and they'll approve the same. I have try to add my PAN detail in KYC but it While updating my PAN card details against my UAN, an error shows as "Name against UAN does not match with the name in the Income Tax Department". How can I resolve this?

Check your uan details first, if it match than pan database should be verified here , select challan 280 and enter pan no and other details , it will display the name giving few letters hidden https://onlineservices.tin.egov-nsdl.../tdsnontds.jsp

@Glidor Thanks for your reply, UAN details and PAN details are same and Aadhar is also same but still getting error. It would be great help if you can suggest any other way to resolve this. Thanks

if both data is same then there is no reason to get rejected, check carefully and reload, the system works as when you upload data on portal server routes and data to NSDL database, and if it match fully, it get seeded for approval by employer, read the message carefully at the time of seeding.
better take print of UAN card and match the spelling / DOB with aadhar card data, then try to understand the error

My date of birth and Aadhar Card no. is mention wrong in EPFO and due to which i am not able change DOB or Aadhar Card.
Since wehen i go to change DOB online it reflect massage that your DOB is not matched with aadhar card mention in EPFO.
Similarly when i tryi to upload correct aadhar card detai; it reflect the same message that you cant change since your current aadhar card not match with DOB mention in EPFO.
Please suggest

Go through member portal , and modify basic details, enter the details exact as per aadhar, and once submitted ask your employer to verify it digitally , all instructions are available on portal

This is Jalandar Redy working as a Supervisor in NSL Textiles ltd, pulivendula. I am already modified my name, DOB and Aadhar details in UAN portal, it will be approved by epfo field officer, after that i am checking my pf details home page showing Aadhar Not Available(Verify OTP)..Please solve this problem.

I am updated Aaadhaar no in epfo KYC 3 years back, i lost my mobile no which Mobile no in aadhaar , now i updated new mobile no in same Aadhaar , and upload to epfo kyc now i am try to clime my PF amount OTP no going to old mobile no, which i have lost. please help me how to get OTP in new mobile no.
