Dear all please suggest after sending the show cause notices by regd. ad to the confirmed employee who is absenting himself without any permission or information is a domestic enquiry necessary to hold to terminate the employee? thanks & regards
Termination of a permanent employee on the grounds of non-performance.
Can we terminate a permanent employee purely on the grounds of nonperformance or lowperformance performance is not upto the mark. is there any mandatory procedure to follow. any counseling notices to improve the performance are required before terminating the employee. there are no service rules. onemonth notice is required for either resignation or termination as per the appointment letters.

How to complain about boss torturing employee - threatening me with the termination of my job
I am working in a manufacturing unit for the last 2 years as a manager now the newly joined head of the unit has giving mental torcher and forced me to resign for the last six months and he gave me two show cause notices and suspended two times through hr department. when in meetings he teases me in front of all others about my physical appearance and my dressings. if he is not satisfied with my performance he should degrade or replace to some other activity. but he is threatening me with the termination of my job. the same thing happening for my other collogues also. nowadays we can t tolerate him and i want to make the complaint on him please suggest anyone regards this.
